The ‘Safety’ System – A system that really provides you safety

The new ‘Safety System’ in multi-layer pipes, by Aquatechnik, is the outcome of a long search and investigation process.

Investigation works carried out in the thermo-hydraulic field, and more specifically in its elaboration, have resulted in secure, fast and practical parts that simplify installation, bringing more advantages to those of multi-layer pipes.

The ‘Safety System’ is made up of the following: a conical connector made of PPSU (polysulfone plastic) and a pipe thread made of the same material.

The ‘Safety System’ can be used in hygienic-sanitary systems and garden watering systems, as well as compressed-air, heating and air-conditioning circuits ( from 5ºC up to 95ºC).

The “Safety System” ’s advantages over PP-R systems are: safe connection of pipes to connectors; bigger flow and smaller pressure drops in fluids; fast installation and disassembly of connectors; total resistance against calcium oxide and electrochemical phenomena; compatibility with cold or warm potable fluids; the system can be totally disassembled and parts may be used again; expansion is not so big.

The ‘Safety System’ can be easily assembled.
